What is a natural burial?

Natural burial, sometimes called green burial, is a simple, environmentally-friendly way to be laid to rest.
Unlike conventional burials that may involve embalming chemicals, veneered coffins, imported stone or concrete vaults, natural burials use biodegradable materials and low-impact practices, allowing your body to return gently to the earth.

It’s a kinder option for nature, and a more personal one too.

Memorials

Unlike a conventional cemetery, there will be no rows of memorial stones, vases of flowers or mementos. Instead, you can dedicate a tree or a memorial plaque in memory of someone.
