Need Help?At the Cardiff and the Vale Natural Burial Ground, you can purchase a burial plot or an ashes plot, either ahead of time or for someone who has died.

Arranging a funeral now?
If you are arranging a funeral now and would like to buy a burial plot or ashes interment, please complete an online application form, or download and complete the interment form.
Once you have completed it, please send it (or a photograph of it) to cardiff@leedam.com.uk. If you need help completing the form, please call 01600716438.
Planning ahead?
If you are planning ahead and making future funeral arrangements, please complete an online application form. Or download and complete the pre-purchase form (once you have completed it, please send a photograph/scan of it to cardiff@leedam.co.uk).
Dedicate a memorial plaque
Would you like to dedicate an engraved wooden memorial plaque in the memorial shelter?
Please complete an online application form, or download the memorial application form. Once you have completed it, please send it (or a photograph of it) to cardiff@leedam.co.uk.
How to pay
To purchase a burial plot, ashes interment, memorial or any of the above, please follow the instructions on the relevant form and make a bank transfer. If you have any issues or questions about making a bank transfer, please call us on 01600716438 or email us.
If you are planning ahead and pre-purchasing a plot, you can either pay in full, or we offer a standing order monthly payment scheme.
Paying by standing order
If buying in advance, you can spread the cost over ten or twenty months. You can do this by sending us a form to instruct your bank to make regular monthly payments, or setting up a regular payment via your online banking app. There is an admin charge of £85 for setting up a standing order with us.
Please inform us when applying that you would like to pay via standing order.
